Grease Monkey, Inc. Data Conversion. Deciphered and converted data from an unknown-format database. The purpose of the data conversion was to transfer data from an outdated point-of-sale (POS) system to a newer system being installed.
Alliance Underwriters, LLC Insurance System. Developed an enterprise-wide financial application used by the insurance industry to manage quoting, policy issue, premium, claims, and commissions. The application incorporated an n-tier architecture built using Visual Basic 6 and Microsoft SQL Server.
Page Update, Inc. Pager System. Developed wireless paging software to automatically retrieve local weather, traffic, and news information from sources such as the NOAA Weather Wire. The information was then filtered, formatted, and send it to alphanumeric pager customers.
Forest Hills United Methodist Church Web Site. Donated services to develop an informational web site and trained church staff to maintain it.
Bryan, Pendleton, Swats & McAllister, LLC Web Site. Built a private extranet web site for an actuarial firm to replace an antiquated electronic bulletin board system. The web site is used by clients to securely upload monthly employee data files using only an internet browser. The web site was built using Active Server Pages, ADO, and Visual Basic.
Gordian Health Solutions, Inc. Web Site. Built an informational web site and online health survey system hosted on a Lotus Domino web server.
Second Harvest Food Bank Tracking System. Developed a food box tracking system for a food bank using Visual Basic 5 and Access 7. Designed and implemented a dial-up file-based replication system to synchronize databases between 15 locations.
Vanderbilt University Medical Center Document Imaging System. Designed, developed and tested a desktop imaging system using Visual Basic 4 and Access 7 data access objects (DAO). Incorporated 16 and 32 bit OLE automation, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and several 3rd party custom controls.

Nashville Auto Diesel College Student Database. Developed a student information database system.
Vanderbilt University Medical School Resident Experience Database. Developed an experience tracking and reporting system for medical school students and administrators.
Hospital Environmental Services System. Developed hospital housekeeping management and tracking software for Environmental Service Consultants using Visual Basic.
Tennessee Child Support Clerk System. Database designer, system developer, and conversion team lead for a FoxPro 2.6 child support application used in 25 Tennessee counties.
Automated Data Conversion System. Designed and developed an application to converted 2.5 million flat-file database records into a relational database for Davidson County Circuit Court and Knox County 4th Circuit Court in preparation for child support system upgrade. System will be used by other counties throughout the state of Tennessee.
Integrated Voice Response System. Designed and developed a multi-line telephony application providing dial-up touch-tone access to child support payment and arrearage information.
Next Generation Weather Radar (NEXRAD). Wrote C software modules used in the development of Next Generation Weather Radar (NEXRAD).
NAVSTAR Global Positioning System (GPS). Supervised a $68 million government program manufacturing GPS receivers. Requested, reviewed, negotiated and made recommendations on engineering changes. Developed a $100 million 10-year User Equipment upgrade plan. Source selection team member for $25 million military procurement.
